SIFA Professional’s relationship with the Law Society enables us to display The Law Society logo on client-facing marketing material. This material can be used both by members and their solicitor connections as a recognised indicator of the importance of joined-up legal and financial advice.

SIFA Professional arranges free monthly webcasts, to which members are encouraged to invite their solicitor connections. Subjects are chosen to add value across both professions and stimulate dialogue between advisers and solicitors.  Previous areas explored in these sessions have included working with clients on estate planning, later life, tax efficient investments, and post-retirement planning.

Members will receive regular bulletins packed with updates and developments in the legal sector, with advice on how to build meaningful, valuable, and long-term relationships across the sectors. 

SIFA Professional’s manual contains guidance and precedents covering regulation, best practice, marketing, and business development techniques.

SIFA Professional produces a wide range of material for members to use with solicitors and their clients. Leaflets, which can be produced in personalised form through our marketing hub, which outline the key aspects of joined-up financial and legal advice. We also offer client facing material which sets out the financial aspects of divorce, estate planning, and later life advice.

SIFA Professional’s long-standing involvement with the legal regulator on behalf of both financial advisers and solicitors enables us to provide the requisite reassurance through regular updates, guidance, and ongoing training.
