The Transfer Bureau offers an outsourcing solution to clients who are either unable to, or choose not to, operate in the defined benefits transfer market, but still want to meet the needs of their clients in this area. We are therefore delighted to welcome Aviva Financial Advice to the panel, alongside our existing partners to expand our capacity and expertise.

To ensure continuity in your relationship with us, you will be assigned a dedicated compliance manager in your area. You dictate the agenda for compliance visits, and you will receive a detailed post-visit report with recommendations where applicable.

The following can be included in an onsite visit:
